I’m Hailey Westmoreland, the founder of Optimize You Athletics, and I’m here to help you optimize every aspect of your fitness journey. Expert Guidance
With a National Strength and Conditioning Association-Personal Training Certification, Bachelors in Psychology, M.S in Sport and Exercise Psychology in progress, and now years of hands on experience working with athletes and exercisers, I provide science backed methods and interventions depending on your specific goals, challenges, and strengths. I have a great list of resources, as well as referral sources for situations that may be out of my scope.
