Mental Performance Coaching

As a Sport and Exercise Psychology practitioner-intern, my goal is to help you develop the mental skills and strategies needed to enhance performance both on and off the field. Mental performance coaching is not just about building confidence, it’s about fostering a resilient mindset that can thrive in the face of challenges, setbacks, and pressure.

In our sessions, we’ll focus on a few key areas such as:

  • Goal Setting & Motivation: Together, we’ll set clear, actionable goals and create a personalized plan to maintain motivation, even in the face of obstacles.

  • Focus & Attention: You’ll learn how to stay present and focused, enabling you to perform under pressure and stay in the zone during competition. We’ll discuss many strategies.

  • Stress Management & Anxiety Reduction: I’ll teach you techniques to manage performance anxiety, control nerves, and maintain a calm, clear mind when it matters most.

  • Confidence Building: We’ll work on strengthening your belief in yourself, helping you bounce back from mistakes and stay motivated to improve.

  • Visualization & Mental Rehearsal: Through proven psychological techniques, we’ll visualize your success, rehearse key skills, and prepare you mentally for competition.

My role as a practitioner- intern is to help you tap into your full potential by integrating these mental skills into your training and competition. Whether you're striving to perform at your best, recover from setbacks, or improve your overall mindset, I’m here to guide you toward achieving your goals.
